Senior Product Engineer, ReadMe Jan 2024 - Nov 2025

• Led product and engineering efforts for ReadMe’s API-focused products. Shipped highly requested features (e.g., ReadMe API/CLI overhaul, support for OpenAPI OAuth Flows Object) while building architectural patterns that enable collaboration, quality, and velocity.
• Built and iterated upon processes that ensured a tight collaboration loop with other stakeholders. Regularly hosted internal- and customer-facing office hours and product trainings to gather feedback and drive adoption of new features.
• Provided mentorship and coaching for other engineers to foster professional growth and knowledge sharing, all while championing a culture of shipping quickly.

Developer Advocate, ReadMe Jul 2021 - Jan 2024

• Established Developer Advocate role to drive enablement of ReadMe developer ecosystem and lead marketing efforts for technical audiences. Frequently partnered with marketing and engineering teams on everything from hosting webinars to building open-source OpenAPI tooling and SDK generators.
• Drove engineering, product, marketing, and education efforts on rdme, ReadMe’s official CLI and GitHub Actions integration, leading to a nearly tenfold increase in developer adoption over two years.
• Gathered feedback from developers to drive rdme development, adoption, and satisfaction. Optimized rdme performance in GitHub Actions runners, reducing image build times by upwards of 90% and saving customers thousands of dollars.
• Led co-marketing partnerships with Amazon, GitHub, 1Password, and the OpenAPI Initiative to build API- and developer-centric brand awareness. Created tutorial videos, blog posts, and documentation to promote partnerships and support customer enablement of partner integrations.

Full Stack Engineer, ReadMe Aug 2018 - Jul 2021

• Built and maintained several key collaboration- and security-focused features including the ReadMe Slack integration, Suggested Edits (similar to GitHub Pull Requests), and two-factor authenticated login. Wrote launch content including blog posts and technical documentation to drive adoption of these features.
• Produced ReadMe’s first ever recurring publication, the Owlet Weekly Update, a changelog that provided customers with regular visibility into product updates. Main author for three years in addition to engineering responsibilities. Established internal style guide for marketing and technical communications.
• Contributed to key efforts across the entire stack, including our React component library, Developer Metrics platform, and SSL certificate system.

• Performed quality analysis using Python and Excel on regulatory reports for major financial institutions to meet regulatory compliance requirements and minimize financial, operational, and reputational risk.
